  • You have Thirty (30) days from the date you received your item(s) to make a return.
  • Orders placed separately cannot be returned as one.
  • All items will be thoroughly inspected before any action is taken on your refund.
  • All items must be unworn and unwashed, along with being free of stains and signs of wear.
  • Orders that have been paid on a card and gift card will receive refunds to the gift card first. Once we receive your item, a refund is processed immediately.
  • If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 4-7 business days of receipt of the returned item.
  • Products paid with a gift card will see the returned funds added back to the gift card.

In the rare event you received a faulty or damaged item please follow the methods below to receive a quick resolution to your return.

  • We will need your order number.
  • Which item(s) were damaged.
  • A description of the damage. This helps us identify what was wrong with the item(s).
  • Photographic evidence. If your parcel was damaged upon delivery, please take photographic evidence and send it straight to customer support and must be made within thirty (30) days of the delivery date.

Please do not return any damaged goods unless advised by a member of our customer support team as it may result in a slower resolution time. Unless proof of damage can be verified by a member of the Bodtek customer support team, we cannot issue a refund, credit, or even a replacement.
